Super good condition.  Just shows a little normal wear and the cloth binding on the spine has about an inch tear at the top.  Very clean.  No writing. The Richter & Phillips Company started in 1896 and in 1942 when this catalog came out, they were located in the Temple Bar Building in Cincinnati, Ohio.  It says Manufacturers, Importers and Exporters and Distributors.
