Description
I'm really hoping this finds the right buyer. I'm starting this at $25, something I've never done before, as these are worth over $500. Good luck.I have a feeling some of these, if not all, were owned by Ian Young, who's name appears in the cataloges. These are catalogs of what homosexual literature was available in the early 70's. Includes rare copies, limited editions, it's an invaluable resource. Want to check out what was available and may now be out of print? It's all here listed by subject, sorted by author with a brief synopsis. These are rare and are all in excellent condition unless otherwise noted, selling on other sites for over $50 each for less pristine copies. Most copies have a year written in pencil that can easily be erased if desired. Most volumes focus on a specific subject.Volume 4. Fiction, Non-fiction, Biography and Autobiography. 702 items, also includes the supplement with an additional 761 items.Volume 6, 1973. General categories, Oscar Wilde on the cover. "No. 6 [1973]" written in pencil on the cover.Volume 7. Includes 'Lesbiana' in addition to the gay men works and a special section on foreign works. Stamped 'Advance copy'.Volume 8.
