The book has been signed by the Senator/ soon to be first African American President.  The 1995 copy was printed in very limited quantities, 7,500 is the rumor. Most copy's simply do not exist making this book even more rare. Most private book sellers  are selling a copy like mine for $5,000-$6,000 and that's for an unsigned copy. Once he becomes president your going to pay at least $10,000 for an unsigned copy. This is a huge investment! Now it has become impossible to get close to the future president, so getting a signature might not be an option. The book is in near mint condition.
