Dan had 600 chiropractors and dentists under practice management contracts in the late 70’s at $30,000 per person per year. Since Dan started doing one on one coaching and group coaching, he has maintained 70% of his clients for vary long periods of time. He has clients who have worked with him for ten, fifteen, and twenty years. Dan has managed to do this while his fees have skyrocketed out of sight. Keeping clients for vary long periods of time is all very important because ACQUIRING CLIENTS will be the MOST EXPENSIVE area of growing your business. Getting clients can be very expensive. Because of this, retention of each and every client is important. Dan has some people in coaching groups that have been with him for over 20 years. He admits that the MAIN REASON they originally joined his coaching group has long since passed. Any of these people could actually RUN a coaching group. The KEY POINT here is that Dan is keeping these people for SEVERAL REASONS other than the original reason they joined. For two days, Dan will go over ALL of these other reasons people stay and gladly pay what is asked of them. When you first start getting clients this can all be vary exciting. What a lot of people fail to realize is that is just the first step. There is a science to keeping people long term. Now, not only do these people give Dan money for prolonged periods of time, these clients constantly OFFER, and are willing to GIVE Dan FAR MORE MONEY than he is willing to take from them. He is constantly offered large sums of money for things he either no longer does, no longer has the time to do, or has a waiting list for. These things include one on one coaching, consulting, copywriting, group coaching, and a variety of other projects. The key here is Dan routinely has far more offers than he has time. Everything that Dan does to cultivate client relationships and keep them coming back year after year will be laid out in this report as it is laid out in the DVDs and CDs. He assists the parents in attaining the money for their son or daughter to attend school. Now he also assists the students with the application process for schools such as Harvard, Yale and countless others. He prepares the student and helps the student with SATs, the college application, the college interview and everything related. His original price for this service was $1,100 and he was assisting 4 or 5 clients a month. He raised the price of this service to $35,000. How now works with 150 to 200 clients per year. When he raised the price from $1,100 to $35,000 he changed nothing but the manual. He did not ADD MORE, CREATE MORE, or DELIVER MORE, he just started CHARGING MORE. DAVE DEE Dave Dee has two different coaching programs. In his private one on one coaching practice people pay him $30,000 plus 5% of their added revenue. This coaching is set up for business owners. MIKE MIGET Mike is in the mortgage business. He is in the business of helping people with mortgages refinance their existing mortgages in order to pay off other debt such as vehicles, credit cards, and other higher interest loans. He also has a COACHING PLUS business where he teaches other mortgage brokers how to do what he does. He currently has over 60 people paying him $1,500 per month for his coaching program. Mike had 6 members in his coaching program for 9 months than got 50 additional members in one month. He now has over 60. He went form $9,000 per month to $75,000 per month in 30 days. CHARLIE MARTIN Charlie Martin is a dentist. He has a coaching program for other dentists that he just recently formed. This is a NEW program and he currently has 28 dentists in the coaching group. The cost for this program is $55,000 per year and he requires a 2 year commitment. SCOTT TUCKER Scott is a sub prime loan officer / mortgage broker in Chicago.
