Condition: Light wear and light soiling to slipcase.  Edge of Obi band has some tears.  Some wear to Obi band (creases and light soiling). There are some light soiling(foxing) spots in the title page (second page of title page), index page, and other  4 pages (2 images).  Those foxing spots are not heavy, but they are little noticeable.   Also, one very small black dot mark (size is 1mm) left in single page. Small sealed mark (size is about 2cm or 1inch) left in the last page.( blank page). Otherwise it is fine and clean condition. Binding is very tight.
