This has been stored away all these years in a manilla envelope in a non smoking home. It is in near perfect condition. The pictures show it all. There is a small fold mark on the back cover, and the tiniest little tear or rift ( I can't tell) at the bottom of the front cover that I almost did not even notice. Inside is perfect. No folded corners or writing of any kind! This one does not come around very often and this one is a beauty!This is in excellent condition from a non smoking home.Please ask all questions before bidding and thank you for looking!
