They measure 4 1/4" by 6 1/4". I have duplicated these cards on my computer and they do work in the Bates List Finder Director Model. I test before I send out. This auction is for the refill cards only and not the Bates List Finder itself. These are not going to be exact replicas of the Bates because they used die cutting machines to cut each page.  I take mine to print shop that can cut the four sides and drill the holes but the intricate cuts I have to make.  They won't be Bates quality but close to it though. Check my feedback and also the Bates Conglomerate Blog site for verification from satisfied customers.
