It stands 9 ½” high and is 12” long and 6 1/5” wide’ The opening for a book is little over 5” and the book can run 8 1/2” long. The maker signs it on the bottom. This is a beautiful replica of an old hand book press and you will not see any of these up for auction anyplace soon. It is in working condition and also your could  use it for pressing flowers,  even if you decide not to make a book.
