Spine lacking and rear board detached. Extremities bumped and frayed. Internal: Inscription to head of title dated 1851. Pages 36-40 partially detached. Plates 30 and 34 detached with fraying to the outer edge of the latter. Water stain to top outside corner of plates 20-29 and 39 but generally not affecting the images. Some foxing which is generally fairly light, but heavier in places and particularly on plate 39 and some of the later text leaves. Block split at pp.108/109 with the last page of index detached with the rear board.
