The books are uniformly bound in soft tan leather with banded spines and applied labels in red, green and black with gold lettering. Note that there is some wear and a few stains to the covers as well as some shelf wear to lower edges and a few corners rubbed through. Bindings are firm and interior pages are crisp and clean. There was one torn pages with a tape repair and while we did not see any writing when thumbing the book, you may find a few. Volume 1 –Abandonment – Exceptions – 3042 numbered pages. Volume 2 – Exceptions, Bill of – To Priorities ends at page 5990Vol 3 – Prisons to Younger – Table of Constitutions and Statutes Construed – Table Of Cases Digested – ends at page 8775Also included is a slender leather bound (7 x 10 3/4” – 347 pages) Vt law book with banding on the spine and a red label in gold lettering. Some wear to the covers, firm binding and unblemished interior pages. Titled: An Annotated Continuation of The Vermont Digest 1905 – 1910 – A digest of the reported decisions of the Supreme Count of Vermont contained in volumes 78 to 83 inclusive of the Vermont Reports, with annotations correlating these decisions with the Vermont Digest. Written by Guy B Horton and published at Burlington in 1911 by the Burlington Free Press.Certainly all of this material is found in the “new-fangled” legal computer systems.
