None of them are falling apart and are good collecrible copies that will appreciate in price with time. WIth the exception of  Road Oz ( that never had color plates), all of the books have all required color plates and illustration, indicating that they were published somewhere in 1920s and before 1935 when color plates were discontinued to reduce cost of printing. So in avearge they are around 90 years old.  Land of  Oz is  1st edition that was printed around 1915. All books are complete but some books might have small tears or name of the owner written inside, but nothing major that will destruct a reader or collector. If you are not willing to spend over $10,000 for 1st edition set, then this is the next most valuable type of books. Dorothy with the Wizard of Oz contains 16 color plates each. Ozma of Oz and Patchwork Girl of Oz contains around 40 color illsutrations, Road to  Oz never had color plates, WIzard of Oz have required color frontis and remaining titles contains 12 color plates as required. I placed around 50 photos of this set, so you can get a very good idea of condition of each book. For each book I took 2-3 photos ( book cover, title page with color plates and advertisement section  if it is available that helps with identifing printing year based on the last known Oz title at the time of prinitng).  I placed my comments above few photos to help provide additional information. I remove each book from archival covers in order to take photos and avoid glare, but archival covers  included with each book. NOTE: I am replacing Glinda of Oz book with another 1st edition , 1st state copy( value over $300), since copy from this set sold  through my website during this listing.  Please ask any questions if needed.
