The book is also signed and dated by Maureen Freely, the book's translator. Maureen Freely signed the book on the full title page and in front of me during a reading appearance at 192 Books in New York City while promoting her own book. The book was published by Farber and Farber, London 2004. The book is new and unread, first edition. The full number line reads : 2 4 6 8 10 9 7 5 3 1. The ISBN is: 0-571-22065-7.
