Inscribed by Paramahansa Yogananda. Fair HB/VG Dj. Dustjacket is nice, clean, with tiny outer edge chipping at top spine and a bit at the tips. Bright and unclipped.Signature is very attractive, clean nice signed.Hardback is firm to spine. Does however have rippling to pages (starts about half way through)..no actual water staining, but rippled as if exposed to light dampening. Could possibly be a pet stain though THERE IS NO ODOR to suggest such..but the outer top outside edge of book has a yellow tinge discolor. Could probably be brushed lightly with bleach, but I do not want to attempt this..will leave it to you. It is not yellowed at all on the pages. In fact, pages are nice and bright white all through (some of my photos give it a darker look..but that is just flash issues..pages are all bright). I saw one page that had a very light underline to one sentence only. No other markings that I spotted. Despite mentioned flaw, it is still a very nice book with a very clean, desirable signature.The book comes from a very longtime member of Self-Realization Fellowship..he gave me the book last year. He had a collection of every single one of Master's books signed, which he donated last year to SRF. He was a book dealer and sold many other Yogananda items here on ebay like older edition magazines and such..you might have dealt with him before if you are a collector. His name was Donald Montague, and he recently passed away. I am sorry to part with the book, however I am in financial need, hence the sale. He was a special man..it's a good vibe book!
