Lavishly illustrated throughout with rare photographs, fold-out maps & illustrations. Condition: See Photographs. - Hardbacks; minor damage to rear board Vol.1, slanting to spines, splits to top/bottom of spines/corners, bumps/wear to corners/edges, discolouration/marks/wear to boards/spines. Pages; foxing/mis-alignment of some pages in Vol.1, creases/splits to edges of approx 5 pages in Vol.4, dust-marks/marks when pages viewed collectively side on (page faces unaffected), age-browing to endpapers, page faces clean & bright with occasional minor foxing/handling marks.
