Published on March 26, 1954 as a "birthday" book in honor of Robert Frost's eightieith birthday, this Special Collection contains sixty-six of Robert Frost's favorite poems selected by the Poet himself, including "The Silken Tent," "My November Guest," "The Tuft of Flowers," "Reluctance," "The Death of the Hired Man," "Birches," "Home Burial," "Hyla Brook," "The Oven Bird," "Directive," "Design," "Departmental," "Come In," "A Young Birch," "The Courage to Be New," and "Dust of Snow" as well as "The Gift Outright" which Robert Frost recited at the Inauguration of President John F.
