Signed and handbound in red German Iris with a stamped leather inlay at the Campbell-Logan Bindery, in a traycase (designed to look like a toybox) that features an Alan M. Clark illustration on the front: MotoKops 2200 Power Wagon; full page illustrations by Steven Gervais, exterior design and production by Joe Sefko and Tracy Cocoman for Charnel House. The check is signed by King using his Richard Bachman pseudonym. This is check #PC, dated 5/7/82 and is made out to Gatlin Grace Baptist Church in the amount of $15.00.
