The book is a Canadian hardback 1st edition / 1st printing.  It is identical to the US copy apart from the Canadian price tag;  I thought it best to get Canadian copies seeing as the author is Canadian and still lives there, and it would have offended him if I provided US copies at his launch in Canada! The author preferred to sign his name in black marker, but then wrote the 1st line and publication date in normal pen, who am I to argue! Book and dust jacket are as new, and the dust jacket is also now protected in a mylar type covering. The book will be posted with plenty of bubble wrap in a sterdy box, to ensure it gets to you in one piece. I can send the book any alternative method, just feel free to email with any questions?
