It is very rare 1 of 25 in existance see picture that states this from a page in the book. It is leather bound in Burgundy. There is a small amount of cracking on the Waldorf Astoria raised insignia on the front other than that it is in great shape. It measures 13 1/2" tall x 11 3/4" wide.
