Description
aprsl Store Wardway Homes Catalog 1926 This is an original 1926 Wardway Homes catalog. This IS NOT a reproduction. Wardway Homes were produced by Montgomery Ward & Co. They were a competitor of Sears Honor Bilt homes and produced similar ready-cut kit houses. The catalog is in extremely good condition. There are no torn pages, no notes or stray pencil marks that you often find in these catalogs. The binding is tight and the catalog is complete. The colors on the cover are still bright. There is one small area of color loss near the top of the cover page where it appears someone may have put some tape. Any discoloration on cover scan, particularly around the edges, is from the scanner. This catalog measures 7.5" x 10" and has 100 pages. If my counting is correct there are plans for 73 houses, 10 cottages/bungalows and 4 garages. In adddition there are the usual heating, plumbing and electrical accessories. Payment must be made within 7 calender days or the sale will be cancelled and the item re-listed. We accept payment through Paypal only. Items are shipped USPS First Class unless otherwise noted in the listing All items are sold "as is". By bidding you accept to pay the full shipping price. We do not negotiate shipping terms after the auction. Items will be mailed as soon as payment is cleared. If you have any questions you can e-mail me. Do not bid on this item if you do not wish to own it. PLEASE NOTE: I make every effort to describe items accurately and truthfully. I cannot be responsible for the answers to questions you DO NOT ask! Please resolve any questions regarding merchandise BEFORE bidding. Thanks, and good luck!
