Very Rare! I know everyone says so but this book is exceptionally hard to find as a hard cover in this condition and with a true signature. The binding is tight with no defects and the dust jacket has a few scuff marks and light wear and now has a protective cover.  The book as been appraised by a Used book collector approximately 2 months ago and said $750 is more than a fair price, it would probably resell for more.
