Most of these are in fantastic shape but some of the older ones are in fair shape.  Annual #12 1978 with the Hulk is in very bad shape.  Tape is holding the cover together, the book isn't so bad. Other than that only a couple other of the earlier ones have minor crease's in the cover or the center spine is a little of centered but nothing major like tape or anything like annual #12.  The newer ones are in like new condition and overall this lot is in great shape, just wanted to stress any bad but most are really good here.  All of these are bagged and boarded.  I accept paypal, money order and cash.  I'll send them to you by priority mail so you get them quickly within 3 days of receiving payment.  Good luck.  Below I'll list who appears in the comic or what the title is.
